Dominic has 28 years of financial sector experience of which 23 years are in institutional broking in Tokyo, New York and London. He has extensive and strong relationships on the buy and sell side. Dominic has experience setting up, growing and managing businesses, as evidenced by his accomplishments at Macquarie Securities Japan, Ltd. While Dominic was at Macquarie as Branch Manager and Head of Equities, the firm grew to 150 employees and became a high quality operation encompassing sales, sales-trading, trading, fundamental and quantitative research, and electronic execution services.

Dominic began his career in 1985, focusing on Japanese equity and warrant sales at Robert Fleming Securities in London. He transitioned to Jardine Fleming Securities in Tokyo in 1988 and moved to New York in 1994 to be Director and Head of Sales in North America. In 2000 he was appointed Head of Global Japanese Equity Sales and returned to Japan in 2001 with JP Morgan Securities, after Flemings had become part of JP Morgan. He was responsible for sales teams across the UK, EU, US, and Japan. In 2003 Dominic was appointed as Managing Director and Head of Japanese Equities at ING Securities and a year later transferred with the entire securities staff to the newly formed Macquarie Securities Japan Ltd.

Dominic is currently a Non-Executive Director of listed Japanese property developer and Senior Advisor to a listed Japanese financial services group.
