Michael’s more than 28 years in financial services have focused on operations and management for both traditional and electronic institutional equity brokerage services. He has specialized in forming new and highly profitable business lines. At PaineWebber, as a Vice President in Capital Markets and Convertible Securities, he designed, developed and implemented a marketing plan to increase convertible business among 3,000 retail brokers, growing revenues over 40% annually over a nine-year period. At E*TRADE Financial, as Director of Electronic Trading and Operations, Michael was responsible for the entire business formation of E*TRADE’s electronic global execution and settlement services product. Additionally, as Senior Director of Prime Services at E*TRADE, Michael planned, structured, and implemented a Prime Services offering, which included execution, clearing and custody, margin financing and stock lending. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Bendigo Securities, LLC, a FINRA and SEC registered company.

He received an M.B.A. in finance, with Distinction, from Babson College’s Graduate School of Business.
