Morgan is a FinTech executive with more than twenty years of experience as an operator, investor and advisor. Morgan began his career at TIR Securities, a global institutional stock broker. At TIR he built BECS, the first cross-border Transaction Cost Analysis product, a service that quantified and analyzed portfolio implementation processes for institutional asset managers and pension plans. Subsequent to TIR’s acquisition by E*Trade, Morgan and his colleagues lifted out BECS and implemented an aggressive technology rebuild and business development plan, resulting in its acquisition by Citigroup in 2004. Prior to joining Bendigo, Morgan spent five years at Citigroup in various roles within Institutional Equities including most recently as Head of Electronic Execution for Japanese Equities in Tokyo.

At Bendigo Morgan develops and executes investment strategies, sources and curates deal flow, analyzes investment opportunities, performs due diligence, structures transactions and manages portfolio companies. Leveraging deep domain expertise across multiple FinTech verticals and an excellent professional network, Morgan also serves as an Advisor to Financial Services companies, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer engagement, increasing operational efficiencies and developing strategic partnerships.
